URGENT!!! URGENT!!! URGENT!!!
1. We would like to inform you that we have completed the inventory of the cemetery . We ask all those who have made donations for the graves to check on the cemetery website whether the graves of their loved ones have the correct status . If you find that the description does not correspond to the actual status of the grave, please contact Ms. Sylwia KONEFAŁ .
Incorrect grave status is most often due to:
- insufficient description of the grave in the transfer title (there were transfers where the description did not even include the name
and name of the deceased); - incorrect transfer amount (there were transfers for less than 20 years);
- transfer made to the parish account, not to the cemetery account - in this case it is necessary to contact the parish priest .
The next stage of cleaning up the cemetery will be marking unpaid graves with the aim of calling for a donation or removing the grave, which will take place in the week immediately following All Saints' Day.
2. We remind you that due to waste segregation at our cemetery, the only place to dispose of waste are the containers located near the cemetery chapel. The old garbage bin at the back of the cemetery has been removed and will no longer be available for waste disposal.
A comprehensive renovation of the cemetery chapel has begun, the aim of which is not only to renovate it, but also to improve the comfort of its use and reduce operating costs. The renovation project includes:
- replacement of door joinery (replacing wooden doors with plastic ones, which better withstand unfavorable weather conditions);
- purchase of a cooling chamber for two bodies to avoid the need to cool the entire morgue room;
- major renovation of the morgue;
- moving the toilet to the chapel building, so that it can be used regardless of weather conditions (to the part where the cemetery service workshop is currently located), and the workshop to the toilets);
- installation of air conditioning/heating in the entire chapel (main part, morgue, toilet and sacristy);
- replacement of lighting;
- painting.
