Information about the processing of personal data

Based on art. 13 sec. 1 and sec. 2 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) below are the necessary information due to the processing of personal data by the Administrator.

  3. Personal data in the Service are processed with special care conditions for respecting the privacy of Users and can be used for the following purposes:

- sending commercial information about Products and Services of the Administrator based on the User's consent (basis of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR);

- taking actions at the request of Users, before concluding a contract, in order to conclude the contract, acceptance and execution of the order placed by the User and providing services to Users by the Administrator - performance of the contract, recruitment (basis of art.6 sec.1 lit. b GDPR);

- fulfilling the legal obligation incumbent on the administrator legal, e.g. related to accounting and settlements, employment (art.6 sec.1 lit.c GDPR);

- possible determination, investigation or defense against claims, processing of personal data for contact purposes between User and Administrator, for statistical purposes related to market research and traffic internet in the Service, to assess interest in services offered through the Service, improving its content and improving services through it - which is our legitimate interest (basis of art.6 sec.1 lit. f GDPR);

- offering products by the Administrator and services directly, which is a legitimate interest (basis of art.6 sec.1 lit. f GDPR);

  1. In connection with using the Service, the Administrator processes or may process relevant categories of User's Personal Data, which the user provides voluntarily when completing the Contact form through the Service:

    1. first name;

    2. last name;

    3. company of the entrepreneur;

    4. e-mail address;

    5. data and documents posted in the content of the message in the contact form.

  2. When using the Service, some Personal Data are automatically stored on the servers of the Service Administrator for administrative purposes system or for statistical purposes or for making backups. The above data include:

    1. name of the Internet access provider;

    2. IP address;

    3. browser software version;

    4. computer operating system;

    5. system logs.

  3. The Administrator will only provide Personal Data persons authorized by him to Process Personal Data, cooperating with the Administrator, in the performance of duties entrusted by the Administrator, to whom the administrator has commissioned on his behalf the performance of activities related to the need to process personal data (Processing Entities) and entities authorized to access data on the basis of the law. The Administrator uses the following categories of processing entities:

    1. entities providing hosting services;

    2. entities providing legal services;

    3. entities providing accounting services;

  4. User's Personal Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.

  5. The User's Personal Data will be processed and stored from the moment it is obtained by the Personal Data Administrator until the execution of the contract concluded with the User or until the end of the provision of services to the User, and also after this period for the following purposes:

    1. pursuing claims and defending against claims in connection with the performance of the contract (order), as a rule, these periods are limited by the limitation periods for claims resulting from general regulations, with the reservation, however, that in practice the data processing period may turn out to be longer due to ongoing proceedings - court, enforcement;

    2. fulfilling obligations arising from legal regulations, including in particular tax and accounting regulations;

    3. marketing purposes until the data subject objects to their processing for this purpose, withdraws consent, or it turns out that they have become outdated.

  6. Providing personal data by the User is:

    1. voluntary - at the stage of using the Service;

    2. may be a condition for placing an order, obtaining an offer, or other information via the Service.

In the event that the User does not provide personal data:

    1. The Administrator may refuse to accept and execute the order;

    2. The Administrator will not be able to contact the User and respond to questions submitted via the contact form posted on the Service.

  1. Rights of individuals related to the processing of personal data by the administrator

The User has the right to:

  1. access their personal data and receive a copy of it - in particular to obtain information about the purposes of data processing, categories of data processing, categories of data recipients, the planned period of storage of this data and the criteria for determining the above period, obtain a copy of personal data in the format provided below;

  2. rectify (correct their data) - this is the right to request the Administrator to immediately rectify personal data that is incorrect and to complete incomplete data;

  3. delete data - "the right to be forgotten" - involves requesting the deletion of some or all personal data if the data processing is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was obtained, the User has withdrawn consent to the processing of personal data, has objected to the use of their data, their data is processed unlawfully, the data must be deleted to comply with a legal obligation;

  4. restrict the processing of personal data - remember that submitting a request, until it is considered, prevents the use of certain services, the use of which involves the processing of data covered by the request;

  5. object to the processing of personal data - resignation in the form of an email from receiving marketing communications regarding services offered by the Administrator will mean the client's objection to the processing of their personal data, including profiling for these purposes;

  6. data portability - by the right to request the provision of their data by the client for transfer to another entity, or to explicitly instruct the Administrator to transfer it to a third party;

  7. lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, regarding the violation of their rights to personal data protection or the security of their data;

  8. withdraw consent to the processing of personal data - the withdrawal is effective from the moment of withdrawal, it does not affect the processing carried out by the Administrator in accordance with the law before its withdrawal. Withdrawal does not entail negative consequences, but it is associated with the inability to use the Administrator's services if they can only process data with consent. To exercise rights and requests, the Administrator will need to verify the identity of the applicant and therefore appropriately identify the person submitting the request.
