- We are pleased to inform you that the inventory of graves in our parish cemetery has been completed. It is available on the portal ecmentarze.pl
- We received a plan of the cemetery based on a photo from a drone, which allows us to easily locate the burials and mark the route to the grave using GPS.
- You can see photos of the grave /they will be updated after contacting the cemetery manager/.
- There is also information about the upcoming anniversaries of the deaths of people buried in the cemetery.
Due to GDPR, we could not provide an external company /that was responsible for the inventory/ with data regarding living grave administrators to enter them into the system. This will be done by the parish. We kindly ask you to print out the grave administrator card or take it from the table, write out the data and give it to the parish priest. In the "Buried person's data" section, enter the person buried first in a given grave. Also, using the data on the portal, enter the sector, row and plot. If someone has it, you must show proof of payment for the grave. This will help us update the entire database faster.
ATTENTION!
The status on the website "please contact the office urgently" that appears next to a given grave may mean:
- There is no information about the grave owner , i.e. the person who paid for the burial plot. From August 2024, it will be updated by the parish on an ongoing basis during the funeral arrangements.
- Information that the validity period for reserving a grave site has expired , i.e. 20 years since the last burial.
Sometimes the family does not realize that the extension of use has passed. Under state law, the cemetery administrator can then give the gravesite to another interested person. - There was a problem with the grave /damaged tombstone, falling branch, etc./.
There may be some inaccuracies, or someone may notice a missing entry, a grave marked incorrectly. In such a case, please contact us and we will try to complete/correct the data as soon as possible.
