Electronic cemetery inventory system
We offer a modern, and most importantly intuitive and easy to use cemetery inventory and management system. Our deceased search engine (search for the deceased) allows you to easily locate the burial place of the buried. When designing the system, one of the main assumptions was that the system would not be complicated and that people without extensive IT knowledge could handle it. Thanks to many years of experience, we can proudly say that we have managed to implement this assumption.
From 2022, we are implementing plans not only in a two-color version; for greater clarity, some cemeteries are prepared in a version with an additional, yellow color.

Additionally, we offer the sale of the computer system itself - the inventory can be carried out independently by the parish. This allows for a significant reduction in the costs of such an operation.
Protection against third-party attacks and content security are very important to us. The quality of our services is evidenced by the fact that we have not recorded any hacking of our sites for 20 years. Additional protection is provided by systematically performed backups.
The presentation of the system is free of charge and does not require placing an order.

Our application is dedicated to parishes, helping them to improve their interactions with the faithful. Thanks to our solution, the availability of parish office services increases. We provide a mobile book of intentions for office employees and online forms that allow the faithful to order mass intentions in a convenient way. Thanks to the Parochialis system, receiving intentions is no longer limited to specific hours in the parish office. Now every priest can order an intention for a faithful from anywhere. Quickly finding free dates and easily changing the dates or content of intentions saves time and eliminates unnecessary entries in the parish books.
